Onewildwahine - Polynesian Dance Los Angeles
Onewildwahine
Phone: 562-400-0021 ALOHA!
I was raised in the Polynesian culture to "share" the spirit of Aloha through dance, Hawaiian language and song. I strive to perpetuate authentic Polynesian culture, particularly ancient hula (kahiko), Hawaiian chants, and Tahitian.
All shows incorporate ancient Hawaiian chants, funny kine jokes and Pidgin style wit, a little bit Haole Hula, Tahitian, and mo betta Aloha spirit.

AUDIENCE COMMENTS:
"Wow! You took me to the islands!"
"Very authentic. Linda was luminous and vivacious. Quite a show to see and very worthwhile."
"Linda you are so charming. A real crowd pleaser!"
"It is so hard to put into words the joy and beauty Linda brought to my
daughter's wedding through her Hawaiian and Polynesian dances. She gave
her heart and soul to the new married couple. She has a strong passion for
the Hawaiian culture and has always talked about sharing it's beauty and
warmth with as many people as possible. I never get tired of watching her
dance!
"I had the pleasure of attending a Hawaiian wedding and was totally transfixed when I watched Linda perform hula. I was intrigued with her energy and obvious love of Polynesian heritage and her ability to allow a novice such as myself to follow her story telling in movement. I was born in Scotland and being European, I've never been exposed to "Island" culture.
It was an incredible experience that will stay with me for many years."
