I am a face and body painter located in Huntington Beach. I have practiced many forms of art media including ceramics, mural painting, creative classroom design, set design and stage dressing, graphic design, creating marketing media for print work and advertising, performing in musical ensembles as an instrumentalist and vocalist, and face and body painting. I do a wide variety of face painting styles from popular character cheek art, to full face animal masks, to original abstract designs anywhere on the body. I have painted everyone from toddlers to adults. I have a bachelor's degree in music education, and I am presently a band and orchestra director for the Long Beach Unified School District. I love working with children and inspiring them to practice art and music as a means of creative expression. The best thing about painting on children is the huge smile that lights up when they see their new face! It's heartwarming to see a child transform into their character when they leave my chair!

What you get: full use of my entire palette which includes, all FDA approved face paints (Snazaroo, Wolfe Brothers, Mehron/Paradise, Ben Nye), loose or gel body glitters, shimmer powders, gem appliques, and colored hair spray for fun! I also bring a small table and chairs, an Easy Up if necessary, a water source, and all clean up supplies. I arrive 30-60 minutes early so that all contracted time can be utilized. I will apply an unlimited amount of art on cheeks, full faces, arms, hands, or feet within the contracted time. Theme parties are welcome!

Prices vary upon location and length of event, prices are reasonable and local events receive a "locals only" discount (events within 30 minute commute from my home, max three hours: $150.00).
